[Kalamazoo, MI]: Mark your calendars for our upcoming job fair on September 15th, 2020. Grab two forms of ID and come meet the Kalamazoo WSI team for open interviews on Tuesday, September 15th from 10 am – 2 pm. Can’t make it? No problem – learn more about us and apply online at wsitalent.com.
“We have a lot of openings for qualified workers throughout the Kalamazoo area, including Three Rivers, Lawton and Mattawan,” says Chelsea Hunter, WSI Branch Manager. “Job seekers can stop by today and start work tomorrow!”
Workforce Strategies, Inc. works with various companies throughout Kalamazoo County in industries ranging from auto manufacturing, light industrial, warehouse, and more. Fabri-Kal, a Kalamazoo based packaging solutions company, will be onsite throughout the event to fill Inspector/Packer roles on 1st and 3rd shift. Employees of Fabri-Kal enjoy medical benefits, vacation time, tuition reimbursement, and various career development opportunities. Pay rates for these positions begin at $13/hour.
Additionally, WSI is currently conducting two lucrative referral programs where job seekers can earn money referring others to work for WSI. Referees have the chance to win $200 per referral, plus a chance to win free rent (up to $1,000).
Due to COVID-19, all applicants will have their temperature taken with a temporal scanner prior to entering the building. Face masks are required inside – if you don’t have one, WSI will provide one for you. Interior areas will be marked with 6-foot distances and there are hand sanitizer stations throughout the building.
