If you’re someone who enjoys structure, science, and staying organized, this Micro Lab Technician role in Ada might be your perfect match. You’ll be the first point of contact for incoming samples, logging and prepping them for microbiological testing in a clean, calm lab environment. This job is ideal for someone with a science background and an eye for detail who doesn’t mind shifting between lab benches and manufacturing floors. And hey, if your mornings start strong, you’ll appreciate the 6:30 or 7:30am start time.

Each day, you’ll log and composite product samples into the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS), calibrate and clean lab equipment, and keep precise records of everything that passes through your hands. You’ll rotate between the lab and manufacturing areas, depending on daily tasks, and occasionally lend your skills on weekends once fully trained.

We offer this position (Micro Lab Technician):

Pay: $19.00/hour
Shift: Monday through Friday, start time between 6:30am and 7:30am
Weekly pay
A $100 bonus for every friend you refer to us, plus an additional $25 bonus for your referral to WSI

Qualifications for this role include:

At least 2 years of college coursework in a science-related field or hands-on experience in microbiology lab procedures
Ability to follow SOPs and standard test methods
Must be able to speak, write, and read basic English
Strong attention to detail and solid organizational skills
Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and working on your feet or at a desk
Willingness to work occasional weekends
