On the job, you’ll operate machinery according to print specs, keeping an eye on part quality and tolerances. You’ll measure parts using precision tools, log production data, and make sure everything you produce meets function, fit, and finish standards. You’ll also help maintain a clean, safe workspace and pitch in on other production tasks as needed.

We offer this position (Machine Operator/Press Operator):

Pay: $16.00/hour
Shift: 1st shift, Monday – Thursday, 6:00am to 4:00pm (three-day weekends!)
Weekly pay
A $100 bonus for every friend you refer to us, plus an additional $25 bonus for your referral to WSI
Opportunity for permanent hire with good performance and attendance

Qualifications for this role include:

Ability to follow directions and work well in a team
Comfortable interpreting production documentation
Must be able to speak, write, and read basic English
Willingness to learn and retain machine operation skills
Able to lift up to 30 pounds and work on your feet for extended periods
High school diploma or GED
