We’re providing superior acoustical products worldwide! Before you break out your guitars, it’s not that kind of acoustic. As a Production Associate for this fiber-based molding company, you will assist in the production of acoustical fiber insulation for a variety of automotive applications.

Let’s chat about the Production Associate role if you:

Understand the importance of a safe work environment

Have high attention to detail thanks to your keen eye
Have reliable transportation that gets you to work on time every day
Are able to pass a pre-employment drug screen (no THC testing for pre-employment!) and background check
Must be able to read, write and speak English
Have previous manufacturing experience (not required, but preferred!)

We offer our Production Associates:

A pay rate of $16.50-$18.50/hr, depending on the shift and position
Full-time opportunities on all shifts
10-hour workdays
The ability to be hired in at 480 hours
The freedom to dress for your own workday (shorts, sweatpants, and tank tops are a-okay!)
$100 bonus when you refer a friend to WSI
