Use and expand your consultative, relationship-building and influential talents to sell WSI’s staffing and recruitment services to companies throughout the greater Detroit, Michigan area. Deliver compelling consultative sales presentations to companies based on needs-based, consultative sales practices.

Your typical day will consist of: 

  • Establishing and nurturing relationships with existing and prospective clients
  • Qualifying client leads and recommending WSI’s recruitment and staffing services
  • Identifying new and expanding existing market opportunities
  • Creating pricing plans and service offerings that support client needs
  • Working closely with your WSI team to develop a strong internal support network
  • Representing WSI at community events
